Pre-design activities and development of design & construction documents by in-house or external architects, engineers and designers, for new construction, renovation or fit-outs based on requirements gathered from key stakeholders. This includes contracting with external or utilizing internal service providers for services including design, construction
New construction, renovation, fit-out including infrastructure improvements and demolition, all based on design/construction documents. This also includes commissioning and integration into University operations. This includes contracting with external or utilizing internal service providers for services including design, construction, inspection and commissioning. This also includes management of all projects to control costs, drive service excellence, mitigate risks, and increase value throughout the life of a project.
Management of pre-design, design and construction project funding and expenditures including review, approval, payment, financial reporting, financial forecasting, and compliance. Collection and documentation of data necessary to report and manage throughout the life cycle of an asset. Reporting will provide information to central accounting, State/Federal regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
