|Preventive Maintenance (PM)||
Plan, schedule, and complete an organization's routine maintenance of individual assets, groups of assets, or specific locations through the creation and processing of preventive maintenance work orders.
|Corrective Maintenance (CM)||
Management of corrective work orders that arise as a result of conditions that are observed during performance of PM work or during completion of a demand work order.
|Demand Work Orders||
Work orders generated to dispatch labor and material resources to perform construction tasks and maintenance related activities.
Tracking the use of and maintaining appropriate levels of physical assets such as equipment parts, lighting, tools, etc. based on historical use, anticipated future needs, budgetary constraints, etc.
Management of external service providers to control costs, drive service excellence and mitigate risks to gain increased value throughout the life of a contract or project.
|Operations & Maintenance 2 – April 13, 2015 to May 1, 2015|
|Security / access||
Management of the installation and maintenance of security systems for both renovation and new construction, aligning technology with the needs of the University community. Additionally, the integrated nature of our services allows us to handle every aspect of your physical and electronic security needs.
|Land Care||Stewardship of natural and built campus assets; including Maintenance, Design & Implementation, Campus Cleanliness.|
|Fleet Management||Management of all vehicles including procurement, allocation, maintenance and disposal.|
Custodial Services is responsible for cleaning offices, classrooms, restrooms, labs, libraries, clinics and common areas. Each day they vacuum, mop, sanitize, empty trash and recycle. On a wider scale, they perform large-scale project work, like sealing and refinishing floors, carpet extraction and annual space deep cleaning.
